By using RuralRoof you agree to these terms.
1. What RuralRoof is
RuralRoof is an informational service for screening rural property in Korea and Japan. It is not a real-estate brokerage and does not give legal, appraisal, architectural, tax or brokerage advice. Always confirm facts with official records and qualified professionals before any purchase or contract.
2. Listing and map information
Listing details come from third-party sources and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and machine translations may contain errors. Parcel boundaries are reference cadastral data, not survey data. Map data: VWorld (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport) and the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan (国土地理院).
3. Your account
Keep your password secret and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
4. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, bulk download or resell content from RuralRoof, circumvent rate limits or access controls, or use the service for anything unlawful.
5. Content ownership
The RuralRoof site, design and analysis belong to RuralRoof. Listing text and photos remain the property of their original owners.
6. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, RuralRoof is not liable for decisions made on the basis of information shown on the site.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
